Late war SS camo figure.

So this figure is one of 3 I'm painting from Dragons Hohenstaufen figure set. Now I know that the camoflague isn't good. But I wondered, is it "acceptable"?

 Thanks.

It could be the glare from the light, but the base colour looks a bit bright, what colours have you used. This is 3 of my SS figures from my Tiger II dio.

Ye, theres alot less of the base colour showing. I use 5 different colours for my Autumn colour SS uniforms and took me ages of trial and error before i was happy with what i had.

Gold is a "no-no" for the belt buckle...

I'll be posting a tutorial on painting camouflage sometime soon (as soon as I finish the basic figure tutorial), so keep an eye out for it, you'd probably find it helpful. Wink [;)]

For every modeling technique that works, I have three that don't.
