Most folks modify stock figures into casualties.  Do a search for 54mm resin figures and you can probably come up with individual casualty figures.  Have you checked ebay?

Scott:

Do a search on "casaulties" or "wounded" on e-bay (Toys&hobbies) and you will find a lot of wounded/dying/dead figures. Almost all of them are resin.

To my knowledge there are only two plastic kits with German casualties on the market, both are from Dragon/DML:

"German medical troops" Prod.no. 6074.

"Fallen comrade (Aachen 44)" Prod.no. 6119.

Both kits are very good.

Hope that helps.

The "Stalingrad Inferno" set also has some light wounded guys with medics patching them up. Also Master Box is making or will make a set of Germans evacuating a casualty on a poncho litter.
