There's really no easy way. Scuptors drape clothing for the pose they've chosen. Altering that pose significantly will look off as the folds don't conform to gravity's pull. A doead body looks different than a stading body laid flat. The joints are fully relaxed and the body needs to conform to the surface. Converting a standing figure would essentiallcall for a fullresculpt.
Your best bet is to look in the Verlinden line for casualties.
