I know I did another post about this model. I just wanted to give everyone who has an interest in this model information, to share some things about her.
Roman, at "Digital Navy" has done an outstanding job in design. Although I contacted him with Questions about what I thought were important omissions in the instructions, This is an awesome model.
How many of you have built Card models with large enough scale to think, Wouldn't it be nice? A full Wheelhouse and Bridge, or Gun Mount etc? Well except for below decks this model takes us on a journey of Vessel interior detail, that well spells out what the LILLI did. Carried people!
The Wheelhouse is fully furnished with the essentials, as is the forward enclosed and aft open passenger areas. The ship includes Screws, Shafts and Rudders too. Yup! you gotta build them too!
Try Digital Navy for a build, I think you'll be surprised. I for one have also Armed myself with more HMV kits. Now back to finishing the "LILLI WENEDA"
