LILLI WENEDA, Part Three

Hi Ya'll;

      Well, she's coming along nicely. I tried something that I Hoped would work. She has a LOT of windows. So--- I took the cellophane type clear off a package of Magnifiers I recently purchased. I cut it to match the contours of the whole piece of each House and Wheelhouse assembly. These are in inner and outer layers. It worked! I trapped the clear between the pieces and Viola" great windows that follow the shape of the houses.

     The Fender rails were a disaster in paper. I just couldn't get them to build up right. So I cheated and re-created them out of Modified plastic strip the same size. They look great! I got the Shaft housings to work in the original paper and the struts too ! Now, wanna have some fun. Create three bladed correct looking and correct pitch props in paper. Yay, They look great. Why they were printed in bright red I do not know. They are Bronze colored now.

    Rather than get slathered in glue I created the shafts from some very small H.O. Refinery piping. They look and work great! I could've used Aircraft instruments gear from my parts box, for the electronics in the WheelHouse. I chose to use the paper components ! They look great too!
