Are you the guy from www.bakuc.com I annoyed about his ball not having the power supply INSIDE of it?  If not your stuff look really familiar.  I like your lighting work, the eye on the Zudah looks great.  Welcome aboard.

I'm sure i annoyed a lot of other people, and likewise a lot of other people have annoyed me. I'm pretty sure i did a ball a long time back, topping it with some leftover components here and there. i'm still happy with it though it's gathering dust now. I'm also in bakuc, and I'm very sure no one has hijacked my nick in the web yet. Yup, that's me. and Thks for your comments (in here).

welcome to the fun side!

I love the little lights you put in all the kits. makes for an awesum display at night or with the lights off. Is the power pack for the lighting internal or external? how long did it take to get the lights in there?

cant wait for your next kit(s),

Some people spend their whole lives wondering if they made a difference. Gundams don't have that problem.

thks. power pack for nadleeh and virtue are external, because for both there's over 20 LEDs which 2 little button battery cannot handle for more than 30 minutes. however, if i had the chance to redo virtue again, its battery source will be internal because i just found a new power source small yet powerful enough. Now both kits are still WIP, and each kit takes around 3-4 months to do (part-time though).

Zudah's power source is internal, and there is a switch. WIP extracts below.

firstly, do you see it?

dug a big hole in the bottom, big enough to house the batteries in. but small enough to keep it tight. and oh, that battery is specially done in a battery pack. note that the battery compartment is conveniently hidden away when the upper piece is joint to the lower ones. it is also convenient for me to change the batteries when needed. This is the result of 2 weeks redesigning where to house the batteries. I most probably will be using this approach for all 1/144 kits in the future.

and the switch, cheap, nicely hidden in the front chest. i may be modifying the chest so that it can be turned down, but nay, not yet.

Hello babeliii

Thanks!

woh, one thing at a time. first virtue completed there are still room for improvements....

power source: i just found out there is now a new batery half the size of AAA battery, but at 1.5V. that battery size came out before, but its in 24V which is way too high and need a circuit.

tutorial...it's in the making...stay tune.
