I'm suprised MMC hasent died

My...  So cheerful.  :) Seriously, though, there have been times when the question has come up, of whether the site really should continue. I felt it should, so it does.  :)

It's definitely tough getting a decent turnout every month - our basic approach to dealing with this is to concentrate the events with broader appeal into the quarterly slots and have most of the rest be more niche events - so that entries aren't scattered over the whole year.  That's worked out pretty well for the most part. Maybe about 1/3 of the events have a decent turnout.

FSS is one of these "niche" contests - I'm hoping the FSS modelers will come through, like the MaK modelers did.

Im suprised MMC hasent died without me being the only entry for every other contest, heh.  I think I might join the open competition, depending on how well this Jagd Doga comes along.

This month on MMC is all about Five Star Stories.  Entries may be of any FSS subject. FSS models include some pretty intricate designs, so I really look forward to seeing what the FSS modelers have to show.

These events are coming up in the next few months! Be sure to plan ahead for the events you're interested in!
