Who ever did that paint job, does excellent work!
Whoever designed and molded that girl does excellent work. She's a cutie.

hey guys, great reply!
i have a freind who knows Paolo and got a copy of Dust right off the press. I was impressed with it, and that is kind of the look I want to go for. So, combining the Dust idea with the MaK inspired figures two posts above, I will persue that! 1/20 scale is perfect to work in :-)

I hope some of these girls are still at SSM.

thanks!!

Schnabelgun perhaps?

Yeah, it looks a lot like a design out of Paolo Parente's "Dust" universe.  Those kits are mostly in 1:35 scale and feature alternative WWII mecha, both german and russian.

in a way, but not of this particular machine.
I ran across a piece of art last night  that inspired me, so I haveset out to draw up sketches.

What I WILL need is an appropriate girl since the girl in the art was central. Once I have that, I can design and biuld/bash the machine around her .

In the early days of the PlayStation 2, there was a game called Ring of Red that featured vehicles just like that. Big walkers composed of the parts of various WWII tanks. It was actually kind of fun, in an early PS2 kind of way.

I've seen some other designs like this, including some models and gaming pieces.

Thinking about trying to build one?
