for those of you building a meck or other piece of machinery and you need a gear or spoked wheel, tear apart a correction tape dispenser. Mine here at work just tangled up into a mess, so i tore it apart. After ditching the outer shell my efforts were rewarded with a spool with a toothed segment, a nice size gear, a sprocket and another part that will find a home somewhere...

when you say correction tape, do you mean like that "white out" brand stuff that comes out as tape and you can write over top of it?
