i have a wave kit and it has resin copies of the standard WAVE polycaps. whats up with that?

anyway I would try to grind out the arms and limbs and try to adapt the Kotobukira (SP?) polycaps or other polycap. yes, Gundam parts have them too but they dont always have the ball end you need, usually its just the socket.

I fixed a toy recently that had a broken hand, using the HLJ polycaps. the toys owner was blown away....it was just like the original part had!

 Good luck, I know thats a pi55er!!!!

I'd suggest taking the left overs from other kits and modding them, bandai's gundam kits always has a TON of left overs.

Just got some kits in last night.  One was a Wave VF-0S and I decided to dig in and work on it at the same time as the matching VF-0A that I started a few months ago.  Only after opening the bags did I realize that something was missing.

I figure ordering replacements from the factory isn't an option and most of the parts aren't standard shapes I can order form HLJ.  Since I opened the bags the trees were in I obviously can't return the kit ( and shipping back to Korea for an exchange would be a bear even if the seller was OK with it ).  At this point I'm looking at either ordering standard poly parts and modifying the kit to accommodate them, or making it a still figure using Milliput or some such for the joints.  Any suggestions on these approaches, or alternatives I may be overlooking?
