Thanks for the kind words.  I know where you are we have a time share at Izaty's we visit yearly.

As for the other subjects, Stargazer, the guy that mastered this has two Orion kits, one a passenger version and the other a cargo variant.  He is also rumored to be working on the Discovery in the same scale....

Attended the Zumbro Valley Modelers Club's Hope it doesn't Snow Show in Rochester MN yesterday and managed to steal a gold medal for my efforts with the Aries 1-B.  A happy belated birthday to me!!!

That is absolutely outstanding work!

Being an ancient 2001 ASO fan, I always loved the Aries. A practical real-world design, too. Any thoughts about starting the Orion spaceplane? Can't have an Aries without an Orion......and the Discovery............

Excellent job!!

(Looks like we're distant neighbors- you're in Mpls, I'm up on Mille Lacs lake)

The kit is a Stargazer kit available at Starship Modeler and it is 1/144th scale.  You can't see it in the picture but it has a complete passenger compartment with 24 seats and restrooms....

After about a month of work and some writing I finally got her done.  Still working on the some photography issues but I think she turned out pretty nice....

Here is the screen shot I modeled this after...
