Nice work!  I am a 40k player as well, and the sentinel was one f the first models that drew me into the game!

One suggestion, you might want to try inking or washing your metallics.  They seem a bit bright and shiny next to the rest of the paint job.

Overall, well done!

Chris

one thing that people miss out on in terms of the sentinel kit (and if you're creative the dreadnaught) is the huge posability you can get i have my sentinel running with one leg up and the turret looking to the side, all you need is time and patientece and you can put it in a interesting pose. however i think the paintscheme is very nice.

Some people spend their whole lives wondering if they made a difference. Gundams don't have that problem.

Both, but I think Tau gives you the best chance to show off your modeling and painting skills.

well I don't have that many tau kits to build as the army is almost done, but I have an entire company of Ultramarines to build and paint.
