MMC Updates - February Contest, March Contest, etc.
Hi - due to personal matters I haven't been on the ball in terms of sending out Mecha Model Comp site updates... But better late than never, I say...
December and January judging results are coming in and will be posted soon.
The February event deadline is nearly here. I neglected to post here about the February event sooner, but on the off chance anyone is interested in entering and has something already done, or is just interested and wants to check it out...
For February we're doing the "Old Kits" contest. You can enter anything you want - not limited to anime or even sci-fi - as long as it's built from a kit tooling that's at least 20 years old. That means 1989 or earlier. (If you're around my age or older, your mind may boggle that 1989 was really 20 years ago...) The deadline is the end of the month - this Saturday.
For March we're doing a "Recent Anime" contest. Entries may be any subject from any anime produced in the last five years. So things like Gundam Seed, 00, or Igloo, Macross Frontier, Ghost in the Shell SAC, etc. Deadline for entry is, as usual, the end of the month.
