ST Enterprise Shuttle - Completed
Posted by balta1 on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 9:09 PM

Just finished this one today. It was painted with citadel metal paints airbrushed with tamiya thinner. First time I tried it but it worked just fine. I slightly weathered but I could've done better...next time.

Stir not the bitterness in the cup I have mixed for myself!

That's pretty cool. How are you going to display it?

Beautiful work!  A bit darker than I would have gone, but I still think it's great.  Those shuttlepods are one of the more interesting shuttle designs from Trek, IMNSHO.

I'm not for sure, but I'd bet he got it at Federation Models.  Look under the "Models" tab on the left side of the screen, then select "Alliance" and scroll down about 1/4 of the way from the top when the Alliance page loads.

Thanks for the comments!

I bought the kit at starshipmodeler.com It's the 1/48th kit by Blapp though it's OOP.

Nice job ! A little darker than I would have gone but that's just my taste. The finish looks excellent !
