Ma.K Split suit--heinrich?

I have been looking for any past reference to a Heinrich PkA beingsplit for entry. So far I have come up with nothing. I see the AFS Mk I and II is done along logical lines, but the PkA has welded lines.

Any ideas or does anyone have image of where one has been split for entry/egress in the past?
