Barry, that troop transport is beautiful - fantastic job...I love it...

BUT!!!  In the 4th pic of your first post, there's a car in the background of the picture - that car is awesome, mate!  Can you take a gazillion pics of that car and post them, too?   I'd love to know that the original kit was, and how you modified it - it's fantastic - do you have any WIP images of the making and painting of that car?  I'd love to see them!

Cheers!

Cheers, LeeTree

I Have been messing about with a few more Images in PhotoShop.
The two images are just Rough Photos at the moment,
the lighting is not right and they are sharper than the main Image.
but it gives me an idea as to the challenge ahead,
and I have some good shots of Desert Scenery to place the Hallow Model in.
the two photos have had BlackHawk Helicopters removed and the Hallow
Model put in there place.

The shots aren't to good at the moment, but more time and effort should sort that out.

I will be building some Ordanance for the hallow this weekend and then take some better photos.

All the best,

Barry.

Looks very good.  You are very talented.  In addition, that car in the background of your first set of photos looks pretty damn good too.

If at first you do succeed, try to hide your astonishment.

Hi there Gaurdsmen,

Well you were Right, It's an IR Camera. and Two Censor Pods on either side of the nose.

Once the Hallow has dropped of its cargo or troops it should also be able to forfill other missions

enroute back to base.

should have some shots of it on the ground soon with a small detachment of Men jumping out the back.

And underwing Ordanance.

Glad you like the model !

Take care and all the Best,

Barry.

Looks really good, can't wait to see it finished.

This has been really bugging me though, what exactly is the little turret thing on the side of the nose supposed to be.  I mean is it a gun, laser, IR camera, etc. I just want to know, I mean it looks cool but I want to know what its function is (can't help it, I'm a Engineering Major)

Helicopters can't really fly-they are just so ugly that the Earth immediately repels them. Photobucket

 Hello All,

I have been messing about with my Camera Phone and took some shots of the Model outside

just to see what it might look like, and the Results were suprisingly Good.

the model was on a stand sat on the roof of my Car !

I then got rid of the Stand in PHOTOSHOP.

The model isnt finishd yet but its not far off,

On these shots I have applied some motion blur and afterburners to represent the HALLOW

flying at highspeed.

all the best

Hi there Cosmic,

Glad you like the model.

well the Cockpit and Canopy are from an old 1/72 F15-E,"can't remember the kit bought it years ago !"

The pilots control panel is from a

Bae Hawk, the seats and consols were reshaped and fitted at an angle to suit the front end of the HALLOW.

Other than that its standard just painted grey, inked in black and drybrushed lightly in white.

and the Pilots are from an FI6 Revell kit.

Its just a Question of whts in the parts box and what looks good.

Take care and all the best,

Barry.

Well thank you for your Comments,

Im glad you all like the model,

As for its size, it can carry a small detachment of 14 men, size wise it should be something

like a BLACK HAWK Helicopter But a lot Faster !

it should be able to fight its way in, drop of a small group of men and then get out fast.

and can then supply air cover for a small amount of time if neccersary.

it will also have the option of live Ordance under the Wings.

Here is a scale refrence below,

I am currently working on the HALLOW at the moment so I will post some photos later.

Take care and all the Best.

Barry.

Barry that vehicle is just phenomonal!!!! the paint job is great. but it looks too small to be a troop transport. awesome ground support/attack vehicle, though. and once again that thing is incredible, wish i could do work like that. (insert jealousy emoticon HERE!)
