Wow, these look really good.  I'm always scared to do stuff like this because you have to be able to do alot of detail and life like stuff is hard.  Wow, I think this was my least articulate post ever.  Anyway, great job and I'd love to see more of your stuff.

If at first you do succeed, try to hide your astonishment.

I like them, though, if I could make a suggestion.  For the fur, like on the first one there, You should try doing a base coat, then giving a coat overtop of it lighter, then put a wash of the first color through the fur, maybe a bit darker, then give a lighter touch of the color drybrushed over the tops to give a nice blended look.  The tongue on the first also seems a bit to pink, maybe use a less bright color.  On that note, a dullcoate would help immensly

They were both dullcoated. Apparently, it was a bad batch as it didn't seem to work. The Megatherium is not as shiny in reality as the pic makes it look but the Elasmotherium is.Whistling [:-^]

The tongue on the Elasmotherium is a replacement. It broke during construction and I had to make a replacement out of putty.Boohoo [BH]

I got the Megatherium at Wonderfest in 2008. Its a Paleocraft Resin kit. It's now available through The Alchemy Works. The Elasmotherium is an old Lunar Models kit I got on ebay.
