I assumed he used grandt line bolts. They make tons of the stuff. Weathering, I'm building a Humvee w/TOW into a Halo ish thing, and it would be weathered similarly. Pretty much spray your camo, add dust w/pastels and pgmants, and then apply mud if you so desire. Post in the armor section and ask the treadheads about weathering.
