A werewolf's relative meets Aurora's monster painter
Posted by Todd P on Thursday, October 1, 2009 3:05 AM
Mike Rutherford, a friend of mine, did me a big favor a few weeks back and suggested I get in touch with Cortlandt Hull, great-nephew of "Werewolf of London" Henry Hull. Cortlandt and Dennis Vincent, he said, have interviewed James Bama, creator of most of Aurora's classic monster model box art paintings, and Jeff Yagher, sculptor of the series of box art kits based mostly on Bama's work, for an upcoming DVD called Legends of Film & Fantasy.

I did as Mike suggested and ended up having a great time researching and writing THIS MONTH'S RESIN THE BARBARIAN ENTRY. I hope you like it too.

Thanks.
Todd P.
