Ditto for Alien's Nostromo.  I'd also like to see a really good 1/48 scale dropship from Aliens.

How about a TIE Bomber?  And FM to re-release their Millennium Falcon and to add an ARC-170 and a Republic gunship to their lineup.  And I'll agree also on the A- and B-Wings.

Well, if you're willing to accept a smaller-scale Falcon, FM just released it in 1:144.

A TIE bomber kit would be nice, but I'm already collecting parts here and there to bash one together someday.  Spare Vader TIE and Saturn V kit and a few bits for greeblies are ready, I just need to get some other projects done first.

48 scale Babylon 5. The show had some very interesting ships. I'd love to see all of the fighters, cruisers, battleships, and transports in nothing smaller then 48 scale. The bigger ships can be about 20"-24". Oh boy, I hope Polar Lights or Fine Molds is watching.

Some great ideas in this thread so far.

Snake Plisken from Escape from New York

Max from The Road Warrior (w/ the dog, of course)

Conan the Barbarian (the REH version)

A generic 1/24 scale accessory set for converting car models into Post-Apocalyptic vehicles - various weapons, some armor plates, various other bits like spiked rams or some skulls or shot up Speed Limit signs. Maybe a leather clad driver sporting a mohawk...

YES!
Thats what I am talking about! Serious cool ideas buddyYesCoolToastBow DownIdea
Conan in charcoal camouflage, sword drawn during the 'princess rescue scene!'
Super duper awesome gnarly cool!

Average mobile suit height in Gundam universe is 16 - 18 meters tall, so about the height of a semi standing on end or roughly 60+ ft. tall.

I thought of a couple more for my wish list.  I know they're available in resin, but a nice IP kit would be nice.

-Thunderbolt fighter from B5 ( the resin kit I got was awful ).

-Serenity

- Valdore from ST:Nemesis

 smeagol the vile:

Actuially they did.

a 1/35th gundam would be insainley large.  Two of the kits come with parts.  Ramba Ral's set comes with a Zaku II head, and the EFSF ground troops come with the forearm of a RX-79{G}

If you had the full arm it would be as tall as a PG zaku II.

I want 1/35th starwars kits

How big is a Gundam supposed to be compared to a human?

Depends on where you are in the gundam timeline, but for the majority...

That photo is not shopped, Japan built one

Some great ideas in this thread so far.

I'd like to see some Aurora-style figures, like the ones Moebius and Monarch are currently putting out:

Great Cthulhu rising from his tomb

Snake Plisken from Escape from New York

Max from The Road Warrior (w/ the dog, of course)

Conan the Barbarian (the REH version)

I just voted, lets get some 1/72 1/48 or 1/35 scale Star Wars figures!!!!!  be nice to populate a flight deck of X-Wings or other vehicles with crews - or how about a diorama of the Death Star and a legion of Stormtroopers!

YES PLEASE!!!! me want some 1/48 and 1/72 troopers for Star Wars dioramas

I voted for a 1/35 Zaku (from Gundam)--Bandai released a few 1/35th scale soldier sets from Gundam, but no Mobile suits in that scale...yet (i hope)

The Nostromo from "Alien" in good old stryene plastic! At least as big as the Halcyon kit, but I wouldn't say "no" to something a little bigger!

In second place, a Y-Wing in 48th scale would be awesome, too.

Last, but not least, it would be great to see a Spice Harvester from the David Lynch version of "Dune" --- didn't like all the designs from that film, but the wheeled Harvester rocked.

Regards and Aloha,

Johnny B.

In the sci-fi realm, I'd agree with the A-wing and B-wing suggestions above for SW, or a 1:1000 Excelsior for Trek.

More specialized within sci-fi in the realm of anime, my vote would be the never-gonna-happen Koenig Monster from Macross Frontier.

The only real-world subject that immediately comes to mind is the An-225 Mriya and I wouldn't be picky about scale as long as it was a good kit.

Since airliners themselves are quite large, but not getting toooo large, would love to see a great range in 1/72!! Got the DC-6, Connie, Ju-52. But would love to see good priced decent kits of the great jets as well. Boeings 7X7 series, Airbus', even the puddle jumpers!!!! The smaller liners could even be pondered in 1/48!!!

I'd love to see a more detailed Battlestar from the original series; as well as a Space:1999 Eagle! Also, the USS Discovery and Alexi Leonov from 2010. A Hammerhead from Space: Above and Beyond would be nice too!!!! There are SOOOO MANY wonderful ideas out there to choose from; but it hard to get anyone to pay much attention to Sci-Fi stuff. I just hope that the new Enterprise from the latest movie is worth it and not toy like!

Borg Cube 1/1400 scale (do the math!) Muahahaha!

All joking aside, Romulan Valdore class warbird 1/1400 and/or the early Klingon Bird of Prey from 'Enterprise.'
