Oh yeah, those close ups really reveal the work you put into it. I likes it!

TD4438 and Sparrowhyperion- Thanks for taking a look and the compliments.

Cosmic J- Thanks for looking in and the compliments. The model length is about 14-15 inches, don't know what that scales out to. Put the base color down with an AB but brush painted the rest. Klingon quotes are not required.Wink

The Mad Klingon-Thanks for looking and the good critique. I did two out of the four suggestions but the first pics were hard to tell. No pre-shading or high lights to the panels, but; I did use a wash, dry brushing and added some green pigments to it. I'll try the other two techniques on the next build.

I like it. The colors of the hull and details go well together - the model doesn't look bright or gaudy. I imagine that all that precise masking was a bit of work, too.

Looks big, gives a real sense of mass - what's the size on this kit?

Good job, and No, I will not quote anything Klingon. Big Smile

Beautiful work.  I love the color scheme.  I did one of these decades ago, and it didn't come out half as well.

Hi Steve:

I wanted to post earlier but just too busy at work.

Overall not too bad. For your next Klingon build or any model for that matter, consider  preshading. It will add a little depth to your work. Adding highlights in the center of the panels will help break up the uniformity of the color. Maybe even a oil wash to bring out the small details on the kit. And I would also consider a final dry brushing to help the raised areas pop.

Here is a pic of my Vorcha completed a few years back.

SLW45- I appreciate you looking in  and taking the time to comment. I was wondering if there was something wrong with the pics or if it is just not worth commenting on. I don't mind criticism as long as it will help me improve.
