Hello every one : Nice to meet you. You can call me " black sun " i'm come from thailand. To day i want to show my project full scratch buid 1/6.And i hope enjoy with you at here ^^ ( sorry for my english language not good) 

 

 

 

 

 

All project i use MDF sheet , Polyester Putty , plaster for scratch build

 

when i make blue print already ,I'm draft layout on mdf sheet and cut.

And i chose making chest first

 

 

 

Before i will compound.

 

 

this is front side when i compound already. ^^

the votom head i make by plaster lathe technic.

 

 

i'm testing put the head on the body ^^

 

 

It's over 90% i making the head by plaster with lathe , carving , sclupt technic

 

 

I seperate parts to prepare the mold later. When prototype finish .Because I will making resin kits.

And now i will making legs you can see some equipment for this project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And green colour is Polyester Putty ( but i mix something for easy to making this project.

Today i will update  my works a little bit. And now let's to see my works.

 

 

First picture i making knee by sculpt and casting  polyester putty.[/SIZE][/B]

 

 

 

 

and i making detail by carving.

 

 

 

80% of legs

 

 

 

 

And nowi work my project over 70 percent .And i will making limited kits for who interesting soon.

Very interesting to see your scratch build, there are not many people on this forum who use wood for there models.

This model  is 66.5 c.m. Fix pose model . And   i choose mdf , plaster , polyester putty  for making this project Wink

Some really nice work.

I had a few episodes on tape back int the early 80's along with a bunch of the toys, the coolest was the Scope Dog Red Shoulder Deluxe, fully articulated and with all the accessories.

in mind to scratch a labor from patlabor but nothing done about till now Sad

for now it's only an idea, actually too busy with too much gb (and hosting one about gundam one year war).

in mind to scratch the tyrant from the first movie , heres a link of it , but found few pictures and no blueprints of it Sad

Hi   everyone  sorry for late for update my work  because i have ỏther project too.

 

 

 

And now..my works is over 75 % . When my prototype finish it have over 65 parts in a kit (  65 parts not include mini stage)

 

 

you can see hydrolic cylinder parts for behind feet position.

 

 

 

 

now i'm making shoulder...but.... it unfinish ...

 

 

 

 

i'm testing compound leg and feet parts ..it's have 14 parts in the picture.

 

 

back side view ... i'm forgot puting  sheild in the back side.

 

 

 

I hope update my works again  soon..     I promise ....

Thats gonna be a big model! Looks great so far. I always thought Votoms was closest to Robert Hienliens"Starship Troopers"Mobile Suits, the Votoms powered suits were the most realistic in anime.
