Super cool!

It never fails to amaze me what can be accomplished with foam board, Christmas tree balls, and a pile of raw talent!

LMAO!!!

Microman, that's bloody fantastic!  Imagineering, gizmology, stuff you've plucked out of your backside....lol....what a great imagination!  And...rather exceptional build quality...very neat and tidy.

I can't wait to see more!

Thanks for posting the pics, mate.

Cheers, LeeTree

Here is another  project of a fan design from the Ma.K genre that is on the back burner right now but will be worked on again very soon.It is based on this sketch from the net(credits to the original artist for the inspiration)The x-acto arm thingy in the sketch will be replace with a smaller and more suitable crane mounted on the top of the right side hull.

It is made from foam core board formers and rigid foam insulation to keep the weight down.It was  filled with light weight acrylic putty and coated with brushable epoxy resin.  It measures 20"wx29"lx12"h

An "engine" bay was made behind the turret tower and stuffed full of greeblies.Big Smile

The turret is made from the top of a large plastic Xmas bell decoration. It was textured with Mr Surfacer 500 and the casting numbers where shaved from kit sprues.Hatch is scratch built and other details from the greeblie bin

The commander figure is converted from the Tamiya pit crew set with the head from a Ma.K Melusine kit.The binoculars are scratch built.

The rear deck is scratch built from styrene strip and sheet with fiberglass window screen mesh for the openings.

A winch for the deck was made from 1/35  T-34 tank parts and other bits and bobs.

Hope you like it and more to come on this one very soon.Wink

Cheers
