It's a little bigger in both length and wingspan than the F-16, but slightly smaller than the F/A-18 in both dimensions.

Hmm, then how big is the VF-1's?  To be honest, I read how big it is in cm on other websites but I am gettign the impression that is the size of the box.  So I have no diea how big the finished model will be.  Just want to know what to expect when I start to roder the model.

Funny you should ask that.

Hasegawa just released a 1:72 kit.  Based on the size of the old Macross 7 twin kits from Bandai ( fighter and battloid ) in 1:144, the new kit should be about the same size as their VF-1s.

Random question, but has anyone built this particular model yet?  If so, how large is the completed model?
