Ones lego, the other is the revell snap together one. Not sure if i should repaint it or not. I like it how it is for now.

The Lego one was a blast to build. but i absolutely love Lego. And star wars to boot. (Except 1 2 and 3, they're kinda weird. 3 4 and 5 are the best)

Good to see it's not just me into Star Was Lego.

I have the 3' long Star Destroyer still packed away waiting to be built one day.  Also have a bunch of other unbuilt static kits too, like the AT-AT, Y-Fighter and Snowspeeder.  Most were bought in excess of 7 years ago, but alas, remain unbuilt.  I guess i might be more of a collector than builder.

The snap together kit looks great too.  I plan on building some Star Wars kits one day too - well, only the AT-AT, my favourite Star Wars vehicle.

I've built most of the Lego Star Wars vehicles going back about over 10 years now. Each of my sons, now aged 26, 22, 15 and 7 have enjoyed the line. The current Star Wars the Clone Wars show is a favorite of my 7 yr old. He plays the Lego game on the PS3, but has banned his 26 yr old brother from playing it with him; apparently the older brother isn't good enough to keep up with him.

That AT-AT is cool, but took me quite a while to build and subsequent rebuilds are often a royal pain.

Digging thru storage boxes of Lego bricks in order to rebuild older sons' Lego ships for the younger ones was quite a task. For some reason, either the 22 or 15 yr old (neither one will admit to it), lost just about every body but had a bin with the heads stacked together. So I have like 20 Star Wars heads but just a couple bodies.

Nice...I used to build ships with Tente blocks...they were awesome. All my kids have played with lego. My middle boy is still in love with them and asks for them for every occasion. (He is 19)

I still get the Lego Star wars stuff every now and then.  Some people may think of them as "just for kids", but I see them as whimsical collectibles with some assembly required.

there is a company that makes sore really neat lego WWII vehicles and weapons. Shermans, Panthers, Panzer IVs, Tigers, Matildas.....they look awesome but not for a 250-400 dollar price tag for a approx 1/35 scale lego tank. they also make their own lego WWII weapons for the figures like MG42s, BARs, M1s. etc. its pretty awesome.
