Star Trek Enterprise D in the Series Finale...any kit of this future version of the D?
Posted by jhawk on Sunday, February 26, 2012 12:02 PM

Good Morning:  I've done a search on the Sci Fi forum, but didn't find the information I was looking for (wasn't sure what search terms to use).

I'd like to build the Enterprise D as it looked in the TNS series finale 2-part episode:  with the 3rd nacelle, heavy phaser mount underneath the saucer section, and what looks like weapon turrets or sensors on top of the saucer section.  This is the episode where Q is sending Picard back and forth thru time in order to destroy human-kind.  So we get to see the D in three stages of it's development:  early, mid, and late life.

Does anyone make this version of the D?  Or is there a modification kit out there somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

I think Warp do a resin modification kit, check on ebay and search for Warp Models. Its not cheap and the scale is 1/1400

Good luck

Yep, Warp is the crowd that do the Resin conversion for the Enterprise D. Its known as the "Future Enterprise" or the "All Good Things Enterprise. Here is what it looks like on ebay, for example.

http://www.starshipmodeler.com/trek/ao_agt.htm is another one.

http://culttvman.com/main/?page_id=1038 is more examples for reference.

The kit is an add on to the original model kit, so you need to have that to start with.

Enjoy
