Nice work on that TIE.  Gotta love those FM kits.

Another build that I'd been meaning to post lately, built at the same time as my Naboo N-1.

First off, as always, the cockpit:

Note that instead of putting those stupid sidewall decal thingies, I painted the pilot's helment with "reflections" from the decals that should have been there. (they weren't visible on the finished kit).

Just for fun, I mocked up what the Interceptor would look like sans-solar panels in the wings. Sorry for the blurriness.

Then, for comparison's sake, I took a few shots of it with one I build about 4-5 years ago (see if you can spot the errors I made on the first oneEmbarrassed):

Oh, I almost forgot the display stand. It looked a little sparse, so I spruced it up with a few spares:

I meant it to look like a camera rig on the underside of the upright supports, with a half-ladder up to the cameras for repair guys to get to them.
