1/600 Uss Enterprise
Posted by Heero Kasshu on Thursday, January 10, 2013 8:05 PM

Here is my recently completed 1/600 USS Enterprise made by Revell of Germany.

When I bought this kit I had the intention of building it as a stock build, but then I had the crazy idea to add some electornics to the kit. Which is fine by itself, but I also wanted to do a little more than add lights.

What you see below is about 2 weeks worth of work.

The Enterprises' grid lines were all filled in with putty, lights were added, and a sound board that plays 5 different tones were added to a custom base:

Sounds: Opening theme/narration, Transporter, Red Alert, Photon Torpedo Firing, Fade away music used in several episodes.

I hope you enjoy, this is my very first post:

Well done.I'd like to get the recently released 1/350 version with all the trimmings, but that would be some big dough.

Nice job! How did she go together? I've heard its a well engineered kit, even if her lines are wrong.

Great job on the lighting and paining.

What are the markings between the engine struts?

Heero

Very impressive, you have certainly up graded the original kit. Well DoneYes

As a small suggestion, if I may, for future. You may want to consider takeing the photos of your model with a plain background. That would show off your work to its best.  When there are so many things showing in the background the model is not seen to it best advantage.

Regardless, this is an impressive build, anyway you look at it
