Well, this vehicle isn't for everyone, but Cliff asked me to post it here, seeing as it didn't quite meet the "RULES" on the Group Build. Here's a link to the build prior to now.

I plan to finish it, because the wife and I really like it. So caution ...... may be un-realistic to some viewers Finished the armor and Zombie Roasting Machine. Next up, will be to attempt some color modulation.
Bruce
Hey Bruce, thanks for keeping us updated here. Love how the armour plates came out, sorta sleek and brutal all at the same time. Plus the dark red paint and gull wing doors, survival never has looked so stylish!

One can never travil in too much style, whilst Roasting Zombies!
I love it.
Let me try to understand, a methodological "walking dead creature" is to be "killed" by a vehicle that has been made up to destroy this methodological beast and you are worried that you vehicle is unrealistic?!? ROFLMAO
Seriously for what ever the reason it looks very cool
Steve
Building the perfect model---just not quite yet
Well, there was some discussion on the idea that the flamethrower was 'unrealistic' and so didn't fit the rules on the Zombie Group Build since it specified weapons a civilian would have like rifles and handguns. As you said Steve my opinion is that zombies aren't real so why are we arguing over the idea that someone could obtain or build a flamethrower!?!
Cliff
A flamethrower is the first thing I'd build!
Why couldn't you guys been on the Group build? I love it!
I love this build because I love 'out there' apocalyptic vehicles. Some day I want to an unrealistic apocalyptic vehicle to go with my realistic one.
Still haven't made the time to start the color modulation on her. Thanks for the comments.
Very stylin' DUB Zombie Roaster !

Fired up the Old Airbrush the other day and started the Color Modulation (CM).
Hope to get some more shading done soon.
Hey Bruce, great to see you back to work on her, was wondering if you'd dropped the project or were just too busy to post more progress.
not zombies, they are congress men. just as slow and dumb
I was waiting for paint, parts etc. plus allot going on at work, but hope to do some more CM on her to practice for other Military builds.
That's just .....sweet!!

I do like the vehicle, it is very cool. I do think that a flame thrower on a moving vehicle would be very useless. All it would do would be to turn the zombies into Molotov cocktails. Even the military did away with vehicle mounted flame throwers. They used too much fuel and did not do enough.
Rob, did I mention that this vehicle is "UN- Realistic" ?? Besides, it comes with BREMBO disk brakes as Standard equipment. They STOP on a dime!
I know, I was just understanding the group build's decision without making it sound like it was a petty reason to disqualify a pretty decent looking model.
Well, the color modulation is finished. Now to put her all together and do the detail work.
She looks awesome Bruce! Almost there now.
Well it's obviously got over scale......
and the .... is way too small to.....
but with the color on it looks like a......
and with the .......... it should be much more........
* the above is a unrealistic post for an unrealistic zoomby vehicle
PS while in the real world; I love it! looks great! keep up the good work
Not sure what he just said, but thanks:) A few more un-realistic updates:

Yeah Baby!! That's Black Chrome, so it won't hurt the Zombies eyes before you Roast them:) Nothin's too good for our LUXURY Roasters!
Bruce: nice looking ride, you've built! So, is there a bag of marshmellow in there anywhere?!
If it's any consulation, I got an earful from some *&%$#@ in the 2nd Berny memorial GB cuz I was gonna post my zomby build in there and paint if PINK! "OH...the HORROR, the inhumanity!!" the*&%$#@ screamed. "Berny would NEVER build anything PINK!" he sayethed.
