Screamin 1/4 scale Stormtrooper
Posted by NucMedTech on Sunday, April 14, 2013 3:48 PM

Hello Everyone,

Just completed my stormtrooper. Hope you guys like the outcome. Never thought a straight white paint job could be so hard to accomplish, but it came out okay. Some blemishes here and there. Anyway on to the pictures.

Any questions or comments are appreciated

Hello Eagle90,
Thanks for looking in! He stands around 14 to 15 inches tall. He is a pretty big fella!

Looks fantastic. I wanted some stormtrooper armor so bad as a kid that I tried making my own from cardboard.  I had a thing for cardboard.  Tried making EVERYTHING out of it.

Just passing the time while waiting for the mothership.

Wow! Very cool.  What kit is this?  I have the Darth Vader from MPC, but I don't think it will look as good as your stormtrooper!  Great job!

Good morning
Dirk and Mike-Mike, thanks for looking in.
Eagle this is Screamin's quarter scale kit put out in the 90's I think. Measured it yesterday and he stands just shy of 16 inches tall. I look forward to your Darth Vader. That is next on my build list.

Stephen, Just checked eBay and saw the other kits (Han, Chewy, Tusken Raider, Boba, and 2 different stormtroopers!).  They look like great kits.  I might just have to pick one up!  Thanks for the info and again, great job man!

Eagle, I've built the Tusken Raider and have Chewy and Boba Fett waiting to be built. They are all pretty nice kits. Make sure of what you buy, most of the kits are 1/4 scale but they do have some that are smaller. The smaller ones where a joint venture with kaiyodo and have sharper detail than the larger kits IMO. Good luck in your purchases.
