Who's kitting the new viper, is it polar lights again?

that would be a moebius kit.   this one is a remake of the revell kit.  but this one has a cockpit and landing gear.   as i understand it,  it isthe same scale as all the rest that is   1/32

I have wanted the new kit since mid 2012, when I first heard of it.  I have the double cockpit for the recon viper.  I was going to scratch build the landing gear for it, but since I heard of the new kit having the gear, I decided to wait.  who knew that it would be over a year waiting.... now only a few more days.

well i have the kit.  it looks good so far.   the molding is clean with no real flash.  several new items.  the intakes now have a internal lip to hold first stage compressor. the wing are separate, so the model can be painted without fighting the paint lines under the wings or vertical stab.  the landing gear is large and easy to install after paint. now to start the modifications

Thanks for the run-down, and good luck with your project. Is the double-cockpit a resin set?

from your thread, it looks like you did some 1to1 scale air force stuff.  did you actually turn wrenches or did you just snap pics?
