The Dark Knight Bat-Pod 1/25 Moebius - finished pics
Posted by SprueOne on Friday, September 13, 2013 6:55 PM

My computer fried in 2012 so I couldn't upload a WIP thread here at the time of building. (I think, because I can't find it in the local search engine)

Moebius Models released their 1/25 Tumbler Batmobile which I still need to purchase. There is at least one build thread of the Tumbler on here so it inspired me to post this.

These are the completed pictures of the finished 1/25 scale model. Super neat kit and fun to build. All of the plumbing, cables, wires, front light lenses and thumb controls are scratch built details

All of the WIP BLOG pictures of this Bat-Pod is here: https://imgur.com/a/4a7rF

I think it looks good, I have to motivate myself to build mine since I now have the rider.

Thank you, Rob.

Before you start your Bat-Pod build, skim through my WIP thread for a few required and optional tips at certain steps and parts. Especially the tires Hmm

I tried fixing link ^

Also, looked at an on-line, open box kit review of the 1/18th scale Bat-Pod. Looks to be the same exact parts and count, just scaled up from 1/25 to 1/18

yes, a great kit. Seriously, well engineered design. All of the seam lines (which are minimal) and ejector pin marks are in all the right hidden places.
