Nice, I have that kit also, so far only did the DY-100, thinking of doing the Enterprise as a variant bash, just for the fun of it.

They are 1/1000. The Enterprise  is 11" long, Botany Bay is maybe 8-9". Very nice btw.

Very nice work, great job on my favorite spacecraft! (the Big-E that is- not the Botany Bay!)

Chris,

Nice work on the ships.  What color did you use for the exterior?

I've got this one in the stash also.  Picked it up a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised.  It's pretty much a small scale version of their 32" model (and without the price).  It looks like the most accurate small-scale TOS Enterprise I've seen (so far).

Thanks for the comments guys.

Gary, Model master Lt Gull Gray was used for the Enterprise, medium gray for the warp nacelle tail pieces and inside vents, Gunmetal for the warp bands and vent covers. Translucent red & green for the running lights, hot rod red for the warp engines and maroon for the main deflector dish.
