MY METAL EARTH STAR WARS MODELS... so far
Posted by Tentacles on Monday, February 9, 2015 1:32 PM

I just only recently discovered the Metal Earth line of micro-sized models and wow... what a challenge to my patience and eyesight! These are wonderfully engineered kits that I'm planning to collect and build certain models as time permits along with regular plastic model kits I have in the wings.

Now I see that there are others whom have had the same collector's frenzy and more!.

The LEM was a real challenge to build I'll say. Haven't tried the Mars rover... yet.

Hi ;

   Well now ,

   I have these .The Tie Fighter ( no lights ) Klingon Bird of Prey , Chinook Helo ,R2-D2 ,Ferris Wheel , Brandenburg gate , Neuschwanstein Castle . A Cessna and last but not least the H.A.L.O. attack car ?

     I am going to get another Seattle Space Needle . A friend liked it so much because he's from around there , I gave it to him !

     Messing with these sure perked up these arthritic fingers .

Hey all,

I just picked up the X-Wing and standard T.I.E. fighter, but no time yet to assemble them as yet. Waiting for a Y-Wing that hopefully will be introduced sometime... soon (hint, hint).

I want to do the Star Trek line next, but I'll have to get my priorities in line.

TB,

As mentioned these are a challenge for sure. It sure does wonders for arthritic fingers, don't they?! Keep on building.

It's actually Easier . Plus , it looks like a flat winged Robo - Bug coming to get ya ! The hardest things are those teensy weensy tires and the arms they go on !
