Again great work there! And I love the diorama background/bases- they really enhance the mechs.

I'd completely missed the whole thread, thank goodness you bumped it.

What a hoot! YesYesYes

Finished models look good though I fear, like J.J. Abrams, you might get hate mail for killing off hero Jesta

Well folks...it's been quite a while.

First off, thanks for the comments/compliments...glad to give ya'll a little chuckle!

I did have plans for many more adventures, but with Photobuckets time consuming and nightmarish editor, and work season taking up a lot of time...these guys kinda fell by the wayside.

I decided to just get em finished up before the new year.

Lloyd is up first...

And...Jesta...poor, poor Jesta...he didn't make it back from the war.

This is pretty darn amazing, mini-sized robots conquering their world, despite the odds.  Amaizing

Tis the season...the turtles come up from the lake to lay their eggs in my yard. I'll find anywhere from 20 to 30 baby turtles per year. I'll gather em up and take em down to the lake to give em a fighting chance at survival....it's a long journey for something that's the size of a nickel!

Oh wow! Sometimes we get baby snapping turtles about the size of a half-dollar roaming around the grass beside the creek at work. I generally just leave them be since I'm not sure where they're heading (plus I don't want one latching onto my finger!)

Mostly, all I find are painters...I see a lot of the mommas laying their eggs. We also get a few great, big snappers laying their eggs in the yard...but I usually find those nests dug up by...Hmm...coons(???) Have only found maybe a handfull of baby snappers in the 13 years we've been here.
