Moebius Space clipper

I'm trying to finish this one up. I started it a while ago.

I still need to paint a few details, seal it, and put the cockpit window in.

I used the TSDS cockpit, passenger compartment, and Pan Am decals.

I'm not sure what I think of the panel decals, I guess they are more to scale than

engraved panel lines.

The kit has no landing lights as the old Aurora kit and the filming model did.

Wow, that is nice!!! I love the different coloured panels, I don't remember if the film craft was just solid white or not but they look good on her!

Thanks guys.

I think i read that some new info has come to light that the filming miniature

was very colorfull. It had subtle pastels of peach and blue along with greys.

Well done. Very professional. I've always wanted to build this ship but give it the same paint job as Air Force One....... Space Force One Travel

That looks Great!

I remeber building this kit when I was a lot younger, maybe it was in the late 70's?

Of course mine didn't look so good, lotsa glue finger prints all over and minamal painting by hand.

Looking great!  Makes me want to move my kit out of the stash and on to the bench!

Thanks everyone. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to weather it now. Gerry, The TSDS decals have those AirForce 1 decals along with other fun ones. The Moebius kit does not have the PanAm decals. I guess for licensing issues.

I did weather it. I used black/silver eye liner on the flat top coat. Then washed most

of it off with a cotton pad wetted with some thin soapy water.

I'm happy with how it came out and now it is on display in my Tiny 2001 display.
