offbeat question, what ya think?

As a kid in the 70s reading comic books, they showed that there is a pouch in his cape and he uses his super strength like an iron to flatten his clothes and store them in there. Even as a young kid, I used to wonder about the shoes and glasses. Also what happens to his clothes when his cape is tattered during a battle.

As if wearing his briefs on the outside wasn't bad enough...8)

And here all the time I never wondered...just assumed everything fit in his lunchbox, the same one I carried to elementary school.
