                        From what I've seen at a few places online the mini kit and the 1/144 X-Wing are the same thing. I watched a YouTube video of a time lapse build of the mini kit and it looked to be the same size as the 1/144 X-Wing in my box.

                        Is the 1/144 scale x-wing the same as the bandai mini-kit?

                        If you're talking about the Red Squadron X-Wing kit it comes with both 1/72 and 1/144 X-Wings. I picked it up from Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago.
