I remember the movie and the cartoon. Is this one based on the movie version?

Edit: I did some googling and found the cartoon version is a Lunar Models kit.

Here is my Proteus. I opened the rear cabin windows and made the upper hatch able to open and close. I added the Photo Etch from Paragrafx and Figures from Jimmy Flintstone. The Model was airbrushed with Tamiya and Model Master paints. I also lit the ring around the upper bubble. The Model finish is also slightly weathered.
