At a pizza restaurant in a remote corner of Area 51....

Following on my earlier 'flying saucer' build from the same manufacturer, I was looking for something a little different. Contemplating the model, I was struck by the notion that it looked like a 'flying pizza slice'...and the rest followed on naturally.

It's a simple kit with ony five pieces...and very delicate landing legs that it's almost impossible not to damage while cleaning up seams...but once it's together, its surprisingly sturdy. Beyond a generous use of Testors fluorescent acrylics (which I had left over from an earlier project), the only thing I added was the iconic 'wedge'-shaped delivery sign common to the company's delivery vehicles. Home-made decals were worked up from the readily-available online logo images.

Two things...

Will the Extra Cheese version hit light speed?

And you should consider donating it to Domino's for a Life-time supply of Galactic (garlic) bread.

Greg, This is outstanding Thought Process and Execution.

Model Building Way Outta-da-Box.  A satisfying Slice of Life.

   Thanks.

( Everyone should know that it is about the size of a small slice of Pizza at 5 inches.)

I thought the answer was going to be "Pizza the Hutt".

I guess I was wrong.

Not so much 'light speed' as sort of a worm-holey, trans-dimensional portal sort of thing.

But you still get a free refill for your oscillation overthruster!Alien

(Thanks all for the kind words!)

With that kinda technology, delivery should take 30 seconds not 30 minutes Hmm

Who knows.  If they master time travel they may even be able to get you your pizza 30 minutes before you even think about ordering one Surprise

You know, I always thought Tom Monaghan was an alien!

What a cool kit, and even cooler decals! Great job!
