Thanks! That means a lot coming  from you! Always shy about my work but now I have the posting figured out I will do it more often. This is the reissue 18" that came out a few months ago to tie in with the new movie. Trying to find a good color scheme was hard. Didn't want plain green!

I've seen that kit for Godzilla. Very well done! How tall is it?

Thanks! It is huge! almost 20" on he base and the tail goes back a long way too. Really poor fit, lots of apoxie sculpy and using my demel. All good in the end!

I missed this post - not paying attention as usual.  My latest sci-fi kit was finished last year unfortunately:

I really need to get back on the horse.  Hey this guy has a horse - I wonder if he'd let me borrow it...

MM66 and RealG, those are nice. My last build was the Bandai clone trooper. It's post is below. Currently have a lot in progress, but I am close to finishing the 50th anniversary Enterprise.

Thanks Stephen!  Do you like my choice of background?  It’s the sink counter in my hotel room when I was at the Nats last year!

The Nats is always great, and each locale has a different flavor!  BTW, I have noticed more and more sci-fi/mecha at the Nationals since first going in 2004.  And I think the popularity of mecha types has been enhanced by western weathering gurus who have been doing these types of kits like armor and aircraft kits.
