Wow, that's beautiful!!!

Love the pre-shading. The AMT kits weren't the best but it's amazing what you can do with time and skill- great work!!!

Hi to all.

Since long time without posting here, I introduce to you one of my last finished models, an MPC/Ertl A-wing form Star Wars, I suspect 1/48th scale.

I made some improvements in the pilot, based on the movie captures. Added a plastic rectangle for the chest equipment and a hose made from wire filament.

I applied primer direct from the can, later a airbrushed a heavy preshading with black and finally applied fine layers of "eggshell" acrylic from Testors. Brick red paint was an artistic inks mix of red, black and yellow.
