I take it this is the large scale kit.  I have one that I have been puttinh off until I can find a display case for it....a suggestion from my wife who hinted that she liked the kit, which I correctly interpreted as buy it and find a case.

That corrogated surface on the 'legs' looks like it's going to be a pain to putty and sand though. Good luck!!!

There is not one for this kit that I'm aware of.

 

Yours is the old, late '90s Polar Lights kit, which is a repop of the old '60s Aurora kit.

Your kit will build into a 6-7 inch robot.

 

 

The newer, 2013?, Moebius kit is bigger. About 12 inches I think. That kit has the glass dome.

And yes, those leg seams are a big pain!
