Thomas told me he'd like to offer them again. but he has so little time, and really hates pouring resin. I think he's looking for someone else to handle it.

Those look pretty nice.

Interesting when one of your old posts gets resurrected.  That was my 200th post and now I am over 1300.  Oh yeah, still haven't started this kit.  So much for being at the top of my pile.

Here's two that I've done, the Ptolemy & the Detroyat, with the Action Class on the way.

USS Alexander, Ptolemy Class:

USS Breckenridge, Detroyat Class:

I have to say I've liked all three of the conversions!  Top notch!

Great models John! Though not a PNT conversion, I really liked your USS Coventry.Wink [;)]

Here are mine:

I actually did the destroyer with only kit parts, and a piece of serrated Evergreen sheet to replace the radiators on the aft of the nacelle. The other three FJ ships are PNT conversions.

JTGraphics has more decals available for the FJ ships. Go to www.federationmodels.com and select "decals," then "JTGraphics." Since he's unaffiliated with PNT, he also includes a sheet of instructions with each for doing the conversions with just the kits (except, obviously, the dreadnought).

I've only been waiting since 1975 for these models!

Your dreadnaught is looking great! Not to mention that Grissom.Wink [;)] I have a Grissom in my stash and may even build it someday. As far as pitting and warping, it's not unusal with resin parts. A pan of hot water and some gentle bending should fix the warped parts.Wink [;)]

I bought all three PNT kits in the value pack. There are a couple of warped pieces and the saucer section of the Dreadnaught was pock marked with pits. I've posted pic's of the work-in-progress Dreadnaught on my site. I'll probably go for the Saladin next!

PNT Conversion kits for 1/1000 PL Enterprise kits

Just got my conversion kit from PNT for the Saladin Class Destroyer/Hermes Class Scout based on the drawings in the Star Fleet Technical Manualâ„¢. One of our club members had brought in the conversion for the Transport during our last club meeting (Space, Sci-Fi and Fantasy night, check out my web site for some pics). Castings are really nice and they come with decals and very thorough instructions. This one will move to the top of my build pile. Will probably post on our site as I go.

OH Yeah, this is my 200th post. Nowhere near some of you guys but I am on the way.
