Well I finally started it. I layed the mid-section out in 1/4" thick styrene in the top profile and finished the top panels this last weekend.

Thanks Woody. It's actually quite easy when you have plans to start with. I just blew them up 250%. I worked a little on the bottom tonight. I've reached the main sensor which I need to figure out what to use. I'll take more pics in a few days.

Its actually 1/1000 scale, I may make another in 1400th and maybe 2500th. I also want to make the Orion cruiser, and maybe a Kzinti ship. Nice and easy angular lines.Smile [:)]

well wouldnt Gorn ships be easier the most of the ship is made of circular sections now try building a Lyran Carrier :)

Just shy of 12". At least that's what the scale calculator told me, based on the miniature.
