Third times a charm! Wink [;)] That does look good Lee. I hope my next build is half as nice as that. Cool [8D]

well i just mixed Tamiya White and Tamiya Chrome Silver and came up with a type of grayish like color that closely resembles the color used on the enterprise but of course it looks slightly bluish though but i have no clue how that would of happened though since i dont think white and silver make blue but whatever color it is it actually looks pretty cool though

I've been using camoflage gray, light gray, light ghost gray, in many combinations. I believe that a "light gray" was used but of course no specifics.

CultTVman website is very good.

well for Klingon ships i use Tamiya Dark Green well sure the Klinon Vessels in the TOS were grey. I went with the Dark Green found on the vessels in the movie but i am almost done with 2 Starfleet Vessels.

Bummer it didn't work Lee. If those are from a Yahoo groups photo album I might not be able to view them unless I'm a member. I wouldn't mind joining if that is the case.Wink [;)]

I've tried the 'concrete' gray but it always seems too cold and neutral for a gray color. Since TOS was so colorful I needed a hint of color to my starships. So that is why I warm up to a Model Master Sea Gray.

I think I like the Model Masters Light Sea Gray. I lighten it up a little more white and or creme color until it looks right. The color has just a hint of green to it that warms up the monotony of just one color.

Hey Woody! IMO I like Testors Model Master light gray for the overall color. I also use light ghost gray for the darker portions. I like the colors because the variation is subtle enough to be noticeable. I feel that using anything darker than light ghost detracts from the overall scheme because of the sharp contrast between colors.

I was just curious what colors you like for your TOS starships?
