Mad? Maybe;

         But I don't believe in wasting a good imagination. After all, Space pilots and crews need Beer, don't they? Besides, when you think about all the Races out there that Authors have created, Anything's possible. Even a square or round Clear Plastic, Tube of Critters or Little green men from H.L. Toys and Hobbies dept can be turned into something. P.S.- You wouldn't be talking about Miramar N.A.S., would You?

You're right, I can imagination an imagination is a terrible thing to waste. WinkGood thing you are using yours so wisely

Re:  NAS Miramar. On October 1, 1997, Naval Air Station Miramar officially became Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, MCAS Miramar.  So instead of F14-F18 zooming an' roaring around (they went to NAS Fallon, in Nevada) we now have V22 Ospreys and Helicopters, thumping an' bumping around. But the air show is still at Miramar.

FYI the birth place of Navel Aviation is actually NAS North Island across the bay from San Diego, on Coronado Island.

Stay well, keep the paint on the model and the glue where it is supposed to be -usually

Well:

         You could use the tapered neck area for the section that tapers down to the Fusion Engine and Repulser drive outlet. You could also see if you Can get the items from applesauce squeeze containers for the cans or get some from a wrecked 1/32 scake F-4-J Phantom kit! If you live in the Lone Star State then H.E.B is your go to place for parts and the food is fun to eat as well!

Considering the bottle, you could call it the "Heindzend" of spaceships.

I heard a line in a Star Trek movie about their job being the hind end of space, I thought it might be useful here.

Of Course I would do this.

          The idea is simple. get two Iowa class hulls(Discards to the round file) Now sand the edges of the top of the hull to a straight line. Of course you have removed the decks and all that stuff. Attach both hulls together at this seam.

          Now take the Citadel from the deckhouses on Both and attach them to the sides near the bow. The rest is up to you. You will have when done, a Corellian Tanker or whoever's. Or it can be a space-going Beer Tanker from Heinecken ! A Water Tanker from Atlantia ? Your choice again.

        Or this. Take some springs out of some pens. Put a plastic rod that fits tight inside of them and taper the end mounting a round bead on the sharpened end. You can place these all over like Porcupine Quills but they are actually Proton Cannon.A super Space Dreadnought!

       Because of the flat bottoms you can cut openings for hangar bays for the aforementioned Firefoxes. Remember the top and bottom of the new ship were the sides of the originals.

Way ahead of you.

Looking at the second one (all glued together) as a VERY large industrial space repair shop. The hull area is the workshops and an old Heinz ketchup bottle will be the engine section.
Still thinking on how it's gonna go together.

First one was gonna be a space battleship of some kind.
