I ended up using a Black and Decker Mouse sander to bring the edges flat with filler to get rid of the seam. Came out great, after 3 application of model putty. I let the inside up and other tham a few mistakes in the model model parts, I had to correct, My client love it!

Edgar- if you haven't been there already go to the CultTVman website- there is a great how-to article there and loads of painting info.

I have a C-57D starcruiser from Forbidden Planet on my "to build" shelf and am clueless as to where to start. It is like nothing I've ever built before, and I'd hate to botch it up, considering how much I paid to have it shipped to me here in Italy.

Any ideas?
