I found a great site with drawings of all the 2001 spacecraft.

Makes me want to build a Discovery 1.Wink [;)]

That would be a great group build, but I'll have to wait for a couple months to get caught up with everything before starting anything new. What would you like to see a 2001 group build cover? All viehicles and bases or just pick one item?

I have never actually understood what a group build was, do you all work on the same models or all work on parts and draw from a hat to decide who they get sent to and gets to keep it? can someone explain. damn i hate sounding dumb

LOL , sounding dumb huh ? well I guess that would just about cover eveyone of us on this forum , theres a saying ...........," The only dumb question is the one un-asked." A group build is an event in which a couple , to sevral people build a model from a specified subject , ranging from any number of things .SIMPLE EXAMPLE : There is a Mustang Group build in the auto forum , but is it a certin Mustang or is it any Mustang as long as its a Mustang ? Does it have to be a certin year ? engine size ? color ? etc ................ Its just one of many ways to build models and have fun here and meet new friends . Hope this helps .
