                        I have been working on the DS9 Defiant for about 2 years trying to get the inspiration to figure out all the lighting issues. Looking through this forum and checking out your picture has given me the boost I need to get it done. Usually the only boost i get is Wonderfest. This will help me the rest of the year. Thanks, and looking forward to the future.

                        Yes, welcome aboard. As for lighting the Defiant, there was an article in the Jan '99 FSM dealing with lighting that kit. Also check out the Maximum Defiant website.
                        As for inspiration, its always nice to look at others' work. The Reader Gallery over at Starship Modeler is great for that too.

                        This is a nifty site with lots af great people & builds here. Get involved in a group build sometime- it really motivates you!
